If you are starting from the Dornbirn city center, head east on Marktstraße towards the intersection with Kaiserstraße. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Bregenzer Straße (B203) and walk straight for about 600 meters. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Adlergasse. Once you reach Adlergasse, turn right and walk about 100 meters. Hatler Brunnen will be on your right at Adlergasse 1.
