Getting there

Bus

From Dornbirn city center, head to the nearest bus stop, which is typically the 'Dornbirn Bahnhof' bus station. Take bus line 5 towards Lindau. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Lindau, Alfred-Nobel-Platz' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be at the Promenade. The park is located right near the waterfront, offering beautiful views.

Train

From Dornbirn Bahnhof (the main train station), take a train towards Lindau. The journey takes around 15-20 minutes. When you arrive at Lindau Hauptbahnhof (the main station), exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take bus line 5 towards 'Lindau, Alfred-Nobel-Platz'. After a short ride, get off at the 'Alfred-Nobel-Platz' stop, which will bring you directly to the Promenade.

Walking

If you prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route. Start from Dornbirn city center and head towards the waterfront, which is approximately 6.5 km away. Follow the walking trails that lead towards the lake, making sure to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way. Once you reach Lindau, continue straight until you reach Alfred-Nobel-Platz, where the Promenade is located.

Bicycle

You can rent a bicycle in Dornbirn and take the bike paths towards Lindau. The ride is about 6.5 km and offers beautiful views of the countryside and lake. Follow the signs for the bike route leading to Lindau. Once you arrive, park your bike and walk to Alfred-Nobel-Platz, where you will find the Promenade.
