Public Transportation
From Eisenstadt, head to the Eisenstadt Hauptbahnhof (main train station). You can take a train towards Wien (Vienna). The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station. Take the U1 (red line) towards Stephansplatz. At Stephansplatz, transfer to the U2 (purple line) towards Karlsplatz. Get off at the Schottenring station. Exit the station and walk towards the Stubenring. The Museum of Applied Arts is located at Stubenring 5, just a short 5-minute walk from the station.
Bus
Go to the Eisenstadt bus station and take the regional bus towards Wien. The bus will take you directly to the city. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Vienna, walk to the nearest U-Bahn station. Take the U2 (purple line) towards Karlsplatz and get off at the Schottenring station. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Museum of Applied Arts at Stubenring 5.

If you are near the center of Eisenstadt, you can walk to the Eisenstadt Hauptbahnhof (main train station). From Eisenstadt, it takes about 20-30 minutes on foot. Once at the station, follow the public transportation options above to reach the Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna.
