Public Transport
From Eisenstadt's main train station (Eisenstadt Bahnhof), take bus number 2 towards 'Neufeld bei Eisenstadt'. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Schloss See'. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs towards the lake. It's a short walk of about 5 minutes to reach the Schloss See, an enchanting castle overlooking the lake.
Walking
If you are near the city center of Eisenstadt, you can walk to Schloss See. Start from the Haydnplatz (the central square). Head northwest along the Hauptstraße for about 1 kilometer. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the B50 road. Turn right onto B50 and continue for another 800 meters. You will see signs directing you to Schloss See. It will take approximately 25 minutes to walk there.
Bicycle
For a more scenic route, you can rent a bicycle in Eisenstadt. From the city center, head towards the west on the cycle path that runs parallel to the Hauptstraße. Follow the path for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the B50 road. Turn right onto B50 and cycle for approximately 800 meters. You will find Schloss See on your left. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes.
