If you're traveling by car, start from Innsbruck city center and take the A12 motorway heading towards Zirl. Exit at 'Innsbruck-Nord' and follow the B171 towards Götzens. Continue on B171 for about 10 km until you reach Götzens. Once in Götzens, follow the signs for 'Götzner Alm' as you drive up Götzner Berg. There is parking available near the Alm, but please note that there may be a small fee for parking.

To reach Götzner Alm using public transportation, take the Innsbruck tram line 6 from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (main train station) towards 'Igls.' Get off at the stop 'Götzens - Dorf.' From there, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 km uphill) or take a local taxi to the Alm. If walking, follow the signs to Götzner Alm, which will lead you through scenic trails. Note that taxis may have varying costs depending on the distance and time of day.

For the adventurous, you can hike to Götzner Alm. Begin your hike at the same 'Götzens - Dorf' tram stop. From there, follow the marked hiking trails that lead you uphill to Götzner Alm. The views along the way are stunning and well worth the effort.
