If you are driving to Kogelalm (verfallen), start from the nearest major town, such as Kufstein or Ellmau. From Kufstein, take the B173 road towards Kufstein Süd. After about 10 km, take the exit towards Söll and continue on the L10 road. Follow the signs for 'Kaiser Mountains' and 'Kogelalm'. As you get closer, you may need to turn onto unnamed roads, so use a GPS or map app for precise directions. Parking is available near the trailhead.

To reach Kogelalm (verfallen) via public transport, take a train to the nearest station, which is in Kufstein. From there, catch a bus towards Söll (Bus Line 400). Get off at the 'Söll' stop. From the bus stop, you will need to walk towards the marked trails that lead to Kogelalm. Be prepared for a hike of about 1.5 to 2 hours from the bus stop, depending on your pace. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they may vary.
