Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Kufstein city center. Head southeast on Mitterndorfer Str. towards the B173 road. Continue straight to merge onto B173. Follow the signs for B171 towards St. Johann in Tirol. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Krampuswand. Turn left onto the access road that leads to the parking area. There is usually no fee to park, but check local signs for any updates. The hike to Krampuswand begins from the parking area.

Public Transportation
To reach Krampuswand using public transportation, take a train from Kufstein train station towards St. Johann in Tirol. Get off at the 'Kufstein, Mitterndorf' stop. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach the starting point of the hiking trail to Krampuswand. Alternatively, check if there are local buses that can take you closer to the trailhead. Be sure to check the local transport schedules in advance for exact times.

Once you arrive at the parking area or the trailhead, follow the marked hiking trails leading up to Krampuswand. The hike is moderately challenging and takes about 1-2 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water. The trail is well-marked, but if you have any doubts, follow the signs for the 'Sagenweg Duxer Runde' which leads you to Krampuswand.
