Getting there

Walking

From the center of Kitzbühel, make your way to the Kitzbühel Bahnhof (train station). Head south on Bahnhofstraße towards the main square (Stadtplatz). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the B161 road. Turn right onto B161 and walk for about 1.5 km, keeping an eye out for signs towards Ried am Horn. After crossing the bridge over the river, you will see a sign indicating Ried am Horn on your left. Turn left and follow the road. Felsentor will be located on your right side as you walk along Ried am Horn. It is a wildlife refuge, so look for the signs along the way.

Public Transport

From Kitzbühel, you can take a local bus (Bus Line 1) from the Kitzbühel Bahnhof to the Ried am Horn stop. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off at Ried am Horn, walk a short distance along the road, and you will find Felsentor on your right. Look for signs directing you to the wildlife refuge as you approach.
