From the center of Kitzbühel, head towards the Kitzbüheler Horn cable car station. This is located at the northern edge of the town. You can follow the Hauptplatz (Main Square) and take the B161 road towards the cable car station. It is approximately a 30-minute walk of around 2.5 kilometers. Follow the signs for the Kitzbüheler Horn, which will lead you to the base of the cable car.

Once you reach the Kitzbüheler Horn cable car station, purchase a ticket to ride the cable car. The ride takes about 15 minutes and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The cable car will take you directly to the summit area of Kitzbüheler Horn. Upon exiting the cable car, follow the signs towards Alpenhaus Kitzbüheler Horn, which is located just a short walk away from the cable car station.
