Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    To reach Campus der Universität Wien, start by finding the nearest tram station. If you are near the city center, head to the 'Schottentor' tram stop. From there, take tram line 43 in the direction of 'Hietzing'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Spitalgasse'. Once you exit the tram, walk a short distance towards Spitalgasse. The campus will be on your left at Spitalgasse 2.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    If you're closer to a bus stop, locate the 'Lange Gasse' bus stop. You can take bus 13A heading towards 'Zieglergasse'. After 4 stops, disembark at 'Spitalgasse'. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes down Spitalgasse to find the campus on your left at Spitalgasse 2.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the vicinity of Alsergrund, you can walk to the Campus der Universität Wien. Head towards Spitalgasse and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Währinger Straße. The campus entrance is at Spitalgasse 2. It should take you around 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.

  • Public Transport - U-Bahn (Subway)

    If you are near a U-Bahn station, take the U2 line to 'Schottentor'. From the Schottentor station, exit towards the tram platforms and catch tram line 43. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'Spitalgasse'. Walk a few steps towards Spitalgasse, and you will see the campus at Spitalgasse 2.
