From Wien Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U1 (red line) towards Leopoldau. Get off at Karlsplatz station. From there, it's a short walk along Opernring to VPG Vienna PASS GmbH. A single ticket costs €2.40.

If you are near the Vienna State Opera, walk north along Opernring. VPG Vienna PASS GmbH is located a few blocks away, on the left side of the street. This is a free and straightforward option.
