Car
If you are driving from anywhere in the Absheron Peninsula towards Seaside Boulevard, set your GPS or navigation app to 77 Neftchilar Ave, Baku 1095. From the Absheron Peninsula, take the M1 highway towards Baku. Once you reach the city, follow signs for the city center. As you approach Baku, you will merge onto the Azadlig Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Neftchilar Avenue. Turn left onto Neftchilar Avenue, and after a short drive, you will find Seaside Boulevard on your right. There is usually parking available along the boulevard, but be prepared to pay a parking fee which can vary from 1 to 3 AZN per hour.

For public transportation, you can take a bus or a taxi from various locations in the Absheron Peninsula. If you are near a bus station, look for buses heading towards Baku city center. The bus fare is typically around 0.30 AZN. Once you arrive at Baku, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Seaside Boulevard. If you choose to walk, it is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. Simply head towards Azadlig Avenue and then turn onto Neftchilar Avenue.
