Walking
Elegance Catamaran departs from The Wharf Road in Bridgetown. If you are in the city center, walking is a viable option. From National Heroes Square, walk south along the waterfront, passing the Chamberlain Bridge. Continue along the paved path until you reach The Wharf Road. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
The Barbados Transport Board operates buses throughout the island, with two main terminals in Bridgetown: Fairchild Street and Princess Alice Terminal. From either terminal, you can take a bus that stops near The Wharf Road. The standard bus fare is BBD 3.50 (approximately USD 1.75). Pay in local currency, as foreign coins are not accepted on Transport Board buses.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Bridgetown. Look for taxis with a 'Z' on their license plates. A short taxi ride from the city center to The Wharf Road will cost approximately BBD 20.00 as a starting price, plus BBD 3.80 per kilometer. If driving, navigate to The Wharf Road in Bridgetown. Parking is available in Bridgetown, with rates around BBD 1.00 per hour. Be aware of no-parking zones to avoid a ticket. Paid parking lots are available, and it may be possible to find free parking a bit outside the main city streets.
