Walking
From Silver Sands, head east towards the main road, Highway 7. Once you reach the highway, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at Oistins. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto St Lawrence Gap. Follow St Lawrence Gap for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the signs directing you to Dover Beach. The beach entrance will be visible on your right.

From any point in Silver Sands, walk to the nearest bus stop along Highway 7. Board a local bus heading to Oistins. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop near Oistins and walk towards St Lawrence Gap. Once you reach St Lawrence Gap, walk along the road for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for Dover Beach on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, head east from Silver Sands towards Highway 7. Once on the highway, turn left and cycle along the road. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at Oistins. Take the second exit onto St Lawrence Gap and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Dover Beach will be on your right, marked by signs.
