After about 25 minutes, get off at the 'Leuven, Station' stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs to the city center. Walk straight on Diestsevest, which will lead you directly to Pater Damiaanplein. The square is located right in front of the university library, and you will see it as you approach the area.
