Walking
If you are in the Aalst city center, head towards the main square, known as 'Grote Markt'. From there, look for the statue of the famous local figure, Priest Daens. Walk towards the statue, and once you reach it, take the street that goes directly south, which is called 'Priester Daensplein'. St Martin's Church will be located directly on your left as you walk along this square. It is a prominent building with a tall bell tower, making it hard to miss.
