From the center of Antwerp, head to the nearest tram stop and take tram line 5 towards 'Hoboken'. Get off at the 'Hoboken' stop and transfer to bus line 36 towards 'Bergen op Zoom'. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Bergen op Zoom, Bergse Heide' stop. From there, follow the signs leading to the MTB Route, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Antwerp. Start by heading south towards 'Kiel', then follow the signs for the 'R10' ring road. Continue on the bike path along the R10 until you reach the 'Bergen op Zoom' exit. Follow the signs for 'Bergse Heide' which will lead you directly to the MTB Route. The total cycling distance is approximately 13 km and should take around 45 minutes.

For those who wish to walk, start at the central station of Antwerp and head south towards the 'Meir' pedestrian street. Continue walking south until you reach 'Zuid', where you can catch a bus to Bergen op Zoom. Alternatively, you can walk to 'Hoboken' and take bus line 36, which will take you to 'Bergen op Zoom, Bergse Heide'. The walking distance from the central station to Hoboken is about 4 km, which will take approximately 50 minutes.
