Well though, interesting tour from a brilliant provider

This self-guided tour is very interesting and well executed. The app works perfectly, actually it knows where you are, so if you are off the way you always can go back. You can pause the tour if you are in a cafe or museum, as I did, and spent about 3 hours in the Bosch Art Centre. I am thrilled to have a lot of interesting information about Den Bosch, its carnival, Jheronimus Bosch the painter, the life of the city in the past, the canal system and so on..... and how well planned the guide was itself. I highly recommend this organiser and their self-guided tours. The price was much better than others and I felt well guided and entertained during my tour. The tour organiser is BRILLIANT!!! Viator made 2 mistakes: 1. I bought English audio, Viator changed to German 2. It is a self guided audio tour and Viator sent an E-ticket to exchange in Tourist Info, but not the app for the guide! I was shocked because all these happened just a night before my tour. I sent a message to the organiser, CITY APP TOUR, and they answered very quickly. Next day when I contacted them just before my tour, a chap urgently sent me the link to the app, then when I uploaded the app to my phone, he put my ENGLISH GUIDE to my library. He solved the problems created by Viator very efficient, quick and flexible way!! A big thank for FONS at City App Tour, who helped me, and because of him, I could enjoy this lovely tour and my 'looked-like-ruined-day' because of Viator, turned to be my best day in The Netherlands by City App Tour.

Navigating via GPS is very nice. 1 answer could not be found. even after getting the answer we could not trace it. Perhaps the necessary information was no longer present or shielded by lutes or plants/trees. We didn't get the results!
