From the central train station in Arlon, head northeast on Rue de la Gare towards Rue de la Montagne. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Avenue de la Liberté and walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes. After you reach the Place de la Liberté, continue straight until you arrive at the main square. The Monument to Dicks and Lentz is located at Square Jan Palach, which is a prominent landmark in the area.
