From Bruges, take the E40 motorway towards Ostend. After about 20 km, take exit 6 towards Koudekerke. Continue on N31 for 5 km until you reach Koudekerke. Follow the signs to Strand Koudekerke, which will lead you directly to Kaapduin. There is parking available near the beach.

Start by taking a train from Bruges to Middelburg. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Middelburg station, transfer to bus line 50 towards Koudekerke.
