Start your journey at the center of Durbuy, where you can find the Durbuy Castle. Head southwest on Rue de la Station towards Rue des Combattants. Continue straight to reach the river Ourthe. Upon reaching the river, follow the pedestrian path along the riverbank. This scenic route will lead you through beautiful views of the countryside. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will come to a bridge. Cross the bridge to enter Barvaux-sur-Ourthe. Once across, turn right and follow the road until you reach the Monument aux morts de Barvaux, located in a small park area.

From the Durbuy city center, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Durbuy - Gare'. Take the bus number 10 towards Barvaux. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Barvaux - Église' stop. From there, walk straight ahead on Rue de la Station until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight at the roundabout and take the first left onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk for about 300 meters and you will find the Monument aux morts de Barvaux in a small park area on your right.
