    From the Genk train station, take bus line 34 towards Maasmechelen. The bus departs every 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Hoge Kempen' stop, which is the closest stop to the national park.

    Once you get off at the 'Hoge Kempen' bus stop, walk back a short distance to the intersection. Turn left onto the main road (Breeweg) and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to the National Park Hoge Kempen on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Genk. Start your journey by heading towards the 'Hoge Kempen' area. Follow the bike paths that lead directly to the park entrance. The ride is approximately 6 kilometers and takes around 25-30 minutes.
