    From the center of Leuven, start at the Ladeuzeplein square, where you can find the university library. Head south on the Tiensestraat (Tiensestraat) towards the Naamsestraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Diestsestraat (Diestsepoort). Turn right onto Diestsestraat and walk until you reach the train station (Leuven Station). Once at the station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located in front. Take bus number 5 or 6 towards 'Kessel-Lo', and get off at the stop 'Domein De Bron'. The nature preserve is just a short walk from the bus stop.

    If you are comfortable cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental stations in Leuven. Start from the Ladeuzeplein and head down the Tiensestraat. Turn right onto the Diestsestraat and follow it to the Leuven train station. From there, continue straight on the station road, and follow the signs for the bike path that leads you to Kessel-Lo. After a short ride, you will see signs for Domein De Bron. Follow the signs to reach the entrance of the nature preserve.
