If you are in the center of Leuven, start at the Ladeuzeplein, which is a central square. From there, head southeast toward the street 'Naamsestraat'. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 'Mechelsestraat'. Turn left onto Mechelsestraat and continue until you arrive at the 'Park' area. Park Philipssite will be on your left side. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to walk.

From Leuven Central Station, take bus line 2 or 7 in the direction of 'Heverlee'. Get off at the stop 'Park'. After exiting the bus, walk straight ahead for a couple of minutes, and you will arrive at Park Philipssite. The total travel time including the bus ride will be about 20-30 minutes.
