If you are starting from the Leuven train station, exit the station and head northwest on Diestsevest. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Naamsestraat. Turn left onto Naamsestraat and continue walking until you reach the square in front of the Old Market Square (Oude Markt). From there, walk towards the University Library, then head towards the Sint-Geertruiabdij (Geertgrotenabdij) located on the Geertruihof. Continue walking along the path until you find the entrance to Groot Begijnhof Leuven on your right at Groot Begijnhof 7.
