Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the Liège-Guillemins train station. Exit the station and walk towards the main road, Avenue des Combattants. Turn left onto Avenue des Combattants and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard de la Constitution. Continue walking straight on Boulevard de la Constitution, passing by the Parc de la Boverie on your right. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach another roundabout. Take the first exit onto Boulevard du 12ème de Ligne, and you will see Parc de la Citadelle ahead.

    From the city center, walk to the bus stop at 'Perron'. Take bus number 1 or 4 towards 'Sainte-Walburge'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Boulevard du 12ème de Ligne' stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the entrance of Parc de la Citadelle.

    If you are near the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, 'Liège-Carré'. Board the tram line 1 towards 'Seraing'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Sainte-Walburge' stop. Walk straight for about 10 minutes along Boulevard du 12ème de Ligne, and you will reach Parc de la Citadelle.
