From the central square in the Historic Centre, known as Place du Marché, head northwest towards Rue des Carmes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la Sauvenière. Turn left onto Boulevard de la Sauvenière and walk until you reach Place Saint-Lambert. The Palais Provincial is located directly on this square at Pl. Saint-Lambert 18A. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.
