Walking
If you are starting from the center of Liège (Place Saint-Lambert), head south towards Rue des Guillemins. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Academie. Turn left onto Rue de l'Academie and follow it until you reach the riverbanks of the Meuse. Walk along the river towards the east until you arrive at the Pont de Fragnée. Cross the bridge and continue on the other side of the river for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Cybernetic Light Tower on your right as you approach Allée Frédéric Chopin.

Public Transport - Bus
From Place Saint-Lambert, take bus line 1 or 4 towards Guillemins. Get off at the stop named 'Guillemins'. From there, walk towards the direction of the Meuse river, then take the Pont de Fragnée to cross the river. After crossing, continue walking for about 15 minutes along the riverbank until you reach Allée Frédéric Chopin where the Cybernetic Light Tower is located.

From Place Saint-Lambert, walk to the nearest tram stop (Liège-Carré). Take tram line 1 towards Seraing and get off at the stop named 'Guillemins'. From there, walk towards the Meuse river and cross the Pont de Fragnée.
