To reach Bacalar from Corozal Town, you can take a boat across the bay to Chetumal, Mexico. Start at the Corozal Town pier and find local boat operators offering rides to Chetumal. Once you arrive at the Chetumal dock, exit the boat and proceed to the bus terminal nearby. From there, take a bus heading to Bacalar, which will take approximately 30 minutes. The bus will drop you off in the center of Bacalar, close to the lagoon.

The ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic and road conditions. The taxi will drop you off at your desired location in Bacalar.
