From any point in Corozal Town, head to the Corozal Bus Terminal. The terminal is located on 4th Avenue, between 3rd and 4th Streets. Look for buses heading towards Chetumal, Mexico. Purchase your ticket to Chetumal at the counter. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes approximately 30-45 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the Chetumal Bus Terminal.

Upon arrival at Chetumal Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and look for a taxi stand or local transport options. Take a taxi to Bacalar Lagoon; it is about a 30-minute drive from Chetumal. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Bacalar Lagoon in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
