    Bicycle

    From the center of Corozal Town, head south on 4th Street towards the main intersection. Turn left onto the highway (Philip Goldson Highway) heading towards the town of Consejo. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction where you will see signs for the ferry to Chetumal. Follow the signs for the ferry. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, you can take a ferry boat to Chetumal in Mexico. After disembarking, you can rent a bike or take a local taxi to Bacalar Lagoon, which is about a 30-minute ride from the ferry terminal.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk, from the main square in Corozal Town, head towards the Philip Goldson Highway. Walk along the highway heading south for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket and take the ferry to Chetumal. After arriving in Chetumal, you can either rent a bicycle or take a local taxi to Bacalar Lagoon, which is roughly 30 minutes away.

    From Corozal Town, walk to the bus terminal located near the main square. Look for a bus heading to Chetumal, which is a frequent route. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
