Car
If you're driving from Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary, head south on the Crooked Tree Road until you reach the junction with the Northern Highway (Belize City). Turn right onto the Northern Highway. Continue driving for about 30 minutes until you reach the city of Belize City. Follow the signs to downtown Belize City, and once you approach the city center, look for signs directing you to the Swing Bridge. The bridge is located near the banks of the Belize River and is a well-known landmark in the area.
Public Transportation
To reach the Swing Bridge using public transport, you can take a bus from Crooked Tree to Belize City. Buses typically leave from the main bus stop in Crooked Tree and head toward Belize City. The ride takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Belize City, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Swing Bridge. The walk is about 15-20 minutes; simply head south toward the river while following the signs for the Swing Bridge. Taking a taxi may cost around $10-15 BZD.
