Car
If you are driving from Punta Gorda, head northwest on the Southern Highway (Hummingbird Highway). Continue on the Southern Highway for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the junction for the road leading to Blue Creek. Turn left onto the road towards Blue Creek village. Drive for about 20 minutes; the road may be bumpy, so drive cautiously. Once you reach the village, follow the signs to Blue Creek Rainforest Preserve, which is located at 5XW4+2P7, Blue Creek. Parking is available near the entrance of the preserve.
Public Transportation
To reach Blue Creek Rainforest Preserve via public transportation, take a bus from Punta Gorda heading towards San Antonio. Inform the driver that you would like to stop at Blue Creek. The fare is approximately $2-3 BZD. Once you arrive in Blue Creek village, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes to reach the preserve. Follow the local signs or ask any locals for directions to 5XW4+2P7, Blue Creek. Be sure to check the bus schedules for return trips to Punta Gorda.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Punta Gorda to Blue Creek. Negotiate a fare with the driver before starting the journey; expect to pay around $50-70 BZD, depending on the time and demand. The taxi will take you directly to the preserve.
