Walking
Starting from the main market area of Phuentsholing, head towards the Bhutan Gate, which is the main entry point into Bhutan from India. Once you reach the Bhutan Gate, continue straight along the main road (A Block Road) that runs parallel to the border. You will be walking alongside the Jaigaon border town on the Indian side. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Mechiabasti on your left. Turn left at this intersection and continue straight. The White House is located approximately 500 meters down this road. Keep an eye out for the address R9WJ+J2H, and you will find the White House situated in the Mechiabasti area.
Walking
If you are starting from the Phuentsholing Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the main market area. From the market area, follow the same route towards the Bhutan Gate. Once at the Bhutan Gate, proceed as described above, walking along the main road that runs parallel to the border, turning left at the Mechiabasti sign, and continuing straight for about 500 meters to reach the White House.
