If you are starting from the Phuentsholing Town Center, head east on the main road (A5) towards the Indian border. As you walk, you will pass various shops and restaurants. Continue straight until you reach the intersection at Norgay Lam. Turn left onto Norgay Lam. Walk along Norgay Lam for about 10 minutes. Hotel Palm will be on your right side at Norgay Lam, Phuentsholing 21101. Look for the hotel's sign.

If you are coming from the Phuentsholing Bus Station, exit the station and turn right onto the main road (A5). Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Norgay Lam. From the Bhutan Gate (the border entry point), walk towards the main road (A5) and turn left. Walk straight along the main road until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Norgay Lam. Continue walking for about 10 minutes. Hotel Palm will be on your left at Norgay Lam, Phuentsholing 21101.
