Car
From Trongsa town, head west on the main road (Road to Bumthang). Continue for approximately 12 km until you reach the junction for Phobjikha. Turn right at the junction and follow the road. After about 10 km, you will arrive at the Phobjikha View Point Chorten, which is located at F59J+XQR, Dungdungneysa. There is no entry fee for the viewpoint.
