Walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach Plaza de la Libertad. Continue walking straight and take a right onto Avenida Oquendo. After about 300 meters, you'll reach September 14 Square (Plaza 14 de Septiembre) on your left.

From the Cochabamba Cathedral located in Plaza 14 de Septiembre, you can easily walk to September 14 Square. Simply head west along Calle Ayacucho for about 200 meters. You will see the square just ahead.
Public Transport (Minibus)

If you're near Avenida Ballivian, catch a minibus heading towards the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off at 'Plaza 14 de Septiembre'. From the drop-off point, walk about 100 meters to the square, which will be directly in front of you.
