If you are in La Recoleta, start by heading towards Avenida Pando. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Avenida Heroínas. Turn right onto Avenida Heroínas and continue straight. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will come across a small park on your left called Parque La Recoleta. Keep walking straight, and shortly after, you will see Palacio Portales on your right at Potosi 1450. The journey should take around 20-25 minutes on foot.
