If you are starting from the Plaza 14 de Septiembre, head southeast along Calle España for about 4 blocks until you reach Avenida San Martín. Turn left on Avenida San Martín and continue for 2 blocks until you reach Plaza de las Banderas. From there, turn right onto Avenida Oquendo and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see Plazuela Quintanilla on your left.
