From the terminal, head south along Avenida 6 de Agosto for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Circunvalación. Turn right onto Avenida Circunvalación and continue walking for another 5 minutes. You will see the Plaza Bolivar on your left. It is a prominent public square, often bustling with activity and surrounded by local shops and cafes.
