From Casa de la Moneda, exit the building and head south on Calle Ayacucho. Walk straight for about 3 blocks until you reach Plaza 10 de Noviembre. Once there, turn left onto Calle Potosí and continue walking for about 5 minutes. You will see the Obelisco Potosí ahead on your right.
