From Plaza 10 de Noviembre, head southeast towards Calle Ayacucho. Walk down Calle Ayacucho for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 6 de Octubre. Turn left onto Avenida 6 de Octubre and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep walking until you see the sign for C66W+8H8, Villa Imperial de Potosí. ʜᴏɢᴀʀ will be located on your left side.

Local Transport (Trufi)
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a Trufi (shared taxi). Find the nearest Trufi stop in Plaza 10 de Noviembre. Look for a Trufi heading towards Villa Imperial de Potosí. The fare is usually around 2-3 Bolivianos. Once you are on, tell the driver your destination, and they will drop you off at the closest point to ʜᴏɢᴀʀ.
