If you are starting from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, which is a central location in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, head east on Calle Sucre towards Avenida Monseñor Rivero. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida 6 de Agosto. Turn left onto Avenida 6 de Agosto and walk for approximately 15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and local eateries. Keep an eye on your surroundings as you approach the area. Once you reach the intersection with Calle Libertad, turn right. Estatua Ignacio Warnes is located a short walk ahead on Libertad 21.

From Plaza 24 de Septiembre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida 6 de Agosto. Look for a bus heading towards 'Distrito 11' or similar routes. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually very affordable). Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the Libertad stop. After exiting the bus, head west on Calle Libertad toward Libertad 21. Estatua Ignacio Warnes will be on your left.
