    If you are in the central area of Sucre, start at Plaza 25 de Mayo, the main square. From there, head southeast on Calle Aniceto Arce for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Bolivar. Turn left onto Calle Bolivar and continue for another 5 minutes. As you walk, you will see the beautiful colonial architecture around you. When you reach the intersection with Plaza de la Libertad, you will find the Plaza de la Libertad, Obelisco directly in front of you.

    If you are near the Museo de la Recoleta, exit the museum and head west on Calle Recoleta. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Plaza 25 de Mayo. From there, follow the previous directions to Plaza de la Libertad, Obelisco.
