Start at the main square in Bihać, Trg Bihaća. Head southwest on Ulica Doma kulture towards Ulica Josipa Bana Jelačića. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica 15. Novembra. Turn left onto Ulica 15. Novembra and walk until you reach the river Una. At the river, you will see the pedestrian bridge (Most Una) connecting you directly to the island. Cross the bridge, and once on the island, follow the paths that lead you to the center of Amerikančeva otoka.

From the city center in Bihać, rent a bike from any local rental shop. Head west on Ulica Doma kulture and continue to Ulica 15. Novembra. Once you reach the river Una, follow the riverside path to the pedestrian bridge (Most Una). Cross the bridge onto the island, where you can explore various paths and reach the center of Amerikančeva otoka easily.
