Once you arrive at the outskirts of Sarajevo, take the exit for 'Centar' and continue straight. After about 5 kilometers, you will reach the city center. Look for Ferhadija Street, and once on Ferhadija, continue straight until you reach number 43, which is where the Sarajevo Meeting of Cultures is located. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking fees, which can range from 1-2 BAM (Bosnian Convertible Marks) per hour.
