If you are starting from the Old Bridge (Stari Most), head east along the Neretva River until you reach the main street, Alije Izetbegovića. Turn left and walk straight for about 600 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue until you reach the intersection with Nikole Šubića Zrinskog street. Turn right onto Nikole Šubića Zrinskog. Panoramski kotač will be on your left side after about 200 meters.

From the Mostar Bus Station, take any local bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the main square (Trg Musala). From there, it's a short walk. Head southeast on Alije Izetbegovića street and then turn left onto Nikole Šubića Zrinskog street. Continue walking straight for about 200 meters, and you will see Panoramski kotač on your left.
