Walking
From the Old Bridge (Stari Most) in Mostar, head southeast on the main pedestrian street, Španjolska ulica, towards the intersection with the road that leads to the bus station. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the main road, M17. Here, turn left and walk for approximately 1 km. Continue straight until you see the signs for Žitomislići. The Serbian Orthodox Monastery of Zitomislic is located just off the main road, so keep an eye out for the entrance along the way.

From Mostar, walk to the main bus station located near the city center. Once there, purchase a ticket for a bus heading toward the direction of Čitluk or Medjugorje, as these routes often pass near Žitomislići. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you need to stop at Žitomislići. After disembarking, the Serbian Orthodox Monastery is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, following the signs towards the monastery.
