If you are driving from any location in West Herzegovina Canton, head towards the town of Grude. From Grude, take the M6 road and follow signs towards the town of Ljubuski. Once in Ljubuski, continue on the M6, which will eventually lead you across the border into Croatia. After crossing the border, continue on the D62 road towards Makarska.
