From Kanye, hire a local taxi or shared taxi to Lekgolobotlo (about 50 BWP). Ask to be dropped off at the Mogonye Gorge coordinates (-24.860584, 25.6858206). Public transport hours vary, especially on weekends.

From Gaborone, take the A1 highway south towards Kanye. Look for the Lekgolobotlo sign and turn. Drive for about 30 minutes to Lekgolobotlo. Use GPS to navigate to Mogonye Gorge coordinates (-24.860584, 25.6858206). There may be minor road maintenance fees.

Walking
From the center of Lobatse, head south on Main Street towards the Lobatse Cultural Centre. After about 500 meters, you will reach the Lobatse Bus Rank. From there, look for a shared taxi or kombi heading to Lekgolobotlo. Board the taxi and inform the driver you are going to Mogonye Gorge. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Lekgolobotlo, ask to be dropped off at the closest point to Mogonye Gorge. From there, you may need to walk the remaining distance of about 2 kilometers. Follow the dirt path leading towards the gorge, keeping an eye out for local signage or ask locals for directions.
