From the town of Ibicoara, head east on BR-242 towards the town of Palmeiras. After approximately 10 kilometers, turn left onto a dirt road (follow signs for 'Cachoeira do Buracão'). Continue for about 15 kilometers on this dirt road, which may be bumpy and require a 4x4 vehicle, until you reach the parking area for the waterfall. Note that there is a parking fee of around R$10. From the parking area, it's a short hike (about 30 minutes) to reach the Waterfall Buracão, so wear comfortable shoes.
